Interview
All the steps during the hiring process went very smoothly.
I applied online. Shortly after I was sent an online test about language skills and a real scenario case, which was challenging and interesting at the same time.
The day after I got reached by a very kind and professional HR Specialist, who interviewed me on the phone. In the same call, she invited me to join a group assessment for the day after.
During the group assessment there was: an initial presentation of both the role and the company, an online language test (both for English and your specialty language), a tricky role-play about a Customer Servicing, and finally an interview with two HR agents.
Ultimately, I was called after the weekend by a HR specialist from the Customer Service recruiting team to inform me that I was not chosen this time for the position, as they decided finally to close the hiring process with an internal employee who was being promoted.
Even though I was not hired, I am very satisfied and happy about how everything went and, above all, about their genuine professionalism.
And that's why I am proud to leave them a great and positive review on Glassdoor!

Interview
Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

Question 1
What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.
