I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
First you need to be "friends" with your manager and veteran team leads. Then you will need to close your eyes to wrong things you see in the company. Now your ready. GO! In Orlando there are few superman and supersize team leads that can get you promoted fast. They also interview people on their direct team for positions.

The interview was exciting and in a relaxed setting. The Managers were nice and made you feel welcome. I was there for 2 hours and we covered a test, role play and the interview

Question 1
how would you manage a team member who was not working towards the set KPI's
Muy lento y demasiada burocracia, los procesos son muy lentos. No vale para nada lo bien que hagas la entrevista o no. 3 entrevistas antes de la final. Poca informacion.
Recruitment phone screening plus 2 interview rounds with the hiring manager, department manager and other team leads. Topics covered: motivation, knowledge about the company, understansing of the role, expectations for the role vs my experience and quite a lot of situational/behavioral questions. Overall an open and positive vibe. Also, the interviewers were very engaged and followed up on my answers. I also enjoyed the questions as they were in-depth and related to the position.
