I applied through LinkedIn hoping to get more info regarding the role and benefits since job description didn't include any. Was told that I need to first take a 100 min technical challenge before they can disclose salary, etc which is completely unprofessional. Sharing this info is critical for someone to understand whether the role meets their expectations before wasting their time taking tests for a job that they wouldn't be interested in the first place had the details been provided.
