3 stages of interview. 1st call 30 min go over past experience. 2nd call 1 hour, tell me about design challenges and fails you went over in the past. 3rd interview in house for 9 hours continuously, very long and tedious.

Clear and transparent process. All the steps where as told since the beginning, hiring manager, crft (portfolio review), product, fit. The recruiter and interviewers where always open to questions and to share experiences and guidance. The process took about a two month.
