Interview
This was one of the most frustrating hiring processes I have experienced. Candidates are expected to spend weeks completing multiple assignments, yet the company shows very little respect for their time. I completed both a full-stack development assignment and a Bubble.io assignment, ensuring all requirements were met, and then waited for weeks with almost no communication.
Every follow-up took several days to receive a response, and updates were vague and repetitive. The entire process stretched for over a month, only to end in a generic rejection email with no meaningful feedback. Despite investing a significant amount of time and effort, there was no transparency about the evaluation criteria, no explanation of the rejection, and no constructive feedback that could help candidates improve.
If a company expects candidates to dedicate this much unpaid time to assignments, the least it can do is communicate professionally and provide clear feedback. Instead, the process felt disorganized, unnecessarily prolonged, and ultimately a complete waste of time.
