No interview just a trial shift where they showed me how everything worked then had me serve a few customers and make their drinks. Also let me choose a free drink to make myself and take at the end.

Asked about availability and past experience then some fun questions like favourite film, music etc
The interview process was relatively easy. I was contacted by the employer. There was a single interview. I was asked about previous work experience and challenges I had faced in previous roles. I was contacted shortly after and offered the position.
