En qué Modo de Color y Resolución debo crear un archivo que va a ser enviado a Plotter de Impresión?
I got a call from TopHire for this company,
They conducted 4 rounds, I end up with the BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOOSTUP
1. HR round - He asked me about my experience and all, also ask a few technical questions
2. Technical round - A senior guy asked me questions related to designing the system and the problem-solving question
3. A lead level guy asked me about all-around programming and how I solve my day to day challenges
4. SVP product - He asked me how I manage the team, and basically tried to test my knowledge of team handling and my professional experience.
From here the story begins,
SVP said it is a Contractual opportunity for an Indian employee and I will not be an employee of Boostup, and Taxes and all I have to take care of and I have to raise the invoice for the payment - No one communicated this to me from the start of the interview, I was really got shocked, I said ok, you can share the Contract with me to review
Later on, he said you can discuss with the TopHire team and we will connect again to discuss more...
After follow up of around 4 days, the TopHire guy reverted to the bellow the reason
1. Boostup does not want to continue with my candidature as I don't have experience working as a Contract based person. Pathetic!
2. Boostup is all ok with your technical knowledge, but they don't want to continue.
If this was the case why BoostUp does time pass.
If this was the reason, why it was not communicated earlier? Why did time pass!!!
I would request whoever gives an interview at boostup, to get clear thought of all this at the first interview
I personally do not recommend this company to anyone.
