Applied on Indeed, was phoned by Boots and asked to come instore for interview. This was an informal chat with thw store manager, asked questions such as "why do you want to work for Boots?", "name a difficult situation in retail where you handled it well", general getting to know each other and asking about my experience. I was phoned by the manager the next day who offered me the job.
