I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boots (Wolverhampton, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
I appled online through 'indeed.com'. After I was then asked to complete a questionnaire online which took around 30 minuites. I then received an email which invited me to attend an interview and chose a date and time to suit me. When attending the interview, I was asked a few questions about my work experience and was then taken on the the shop floor. I was the tidy an aisle, point out confident and not so confident shoppers, choose a product of my choice and sell it to the interviewer and finally take a scenario and find a product for the person in the scrnario and explain why I chose that particular product.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
In person, lasted under an hour, friendly conversation, standard questions about experience, education, motivation for applying. In person, lasted under an hour, friendly conversation, standard questions about experience, education, motivation for applying.
