I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Lexington Park, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had an informal interview based on a referral from an associate. A panel of senior level employees and I had a very conversational interview in which we discussed my background based on my resume and interests within the firm. At the end of the interview (it went well) the members of the panel briefly discussed what each of there teams did and then asked who I wanted to work for.

Question 1
There where many questions, all specific to my individual resume. It was more of a conversation than a question and response session.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
