I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Referred by a co-worker, who was contacted by a recruiter. Had candid discussions with recruiter who gave me feedback on my answers and interests. Then I came in for an afternoon of three successive interviews, each about 20 minutes each (sort of like a speed dating). I received an offer thereafter, and negotiated some salary concessions from them.
I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (San Diego, CA)
Interview
One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
