I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Stafford, VA) in Aug 2009
Interview
The first interview was basic - the HR contact to ensure that I was interested. The second phone interview was 45 minutes going over my background and the job description. I was flown out for a panel interview two weeks later for the same info covered on the phone. I was told that the interview was successful and the HR person would get a hold for me for further details. That was the last I heard from the entire company - several e-mails and voice mails that I left later, I finally seen the job that I was interviewing for re-posted a couple of days later. Being that this would have been a big move for me and my family, I thought it was very unprofessional that absolutely nobody returned any message to keep me posted - even if I didn't get the job!
