Quick and Easy. They were hurting for analysts and would hire just about anyone to fill positions. They respected the amount of experience I already had and didn't bother with the formal interview questions that usually don't bring much value.

Very straightforward, you should be able to expand upon every detail of your resume. The interviewers were very nice and personable. They took their time and never tried to rush you at all.
