BAH Recruiter actively involved, VP interview went well and recommended me for next steps. Follow up, conversation with hiring VP went very well and assigned one more interview. Only candidate left interviewing, but all went dark. No communications, recruiter never responded to emails. Silence! Two months later I discovered the hiring VP resigned right after I spoke to her about next steps. No one informed me, just ghosted. Totaly unprofessional at this level.
