Another employee forwarded my resume to team lead. The recruiter called and set up interview (recruiter requested salary expectations). Interview was a 2-part process where the first portion (easy part) was where they describe the position and your responsibilities. During the 2nd portion, the lead associates took over. They want to find out more about you, why they should hire you, and give you an opportunity to ask questions how the company operates. Recommend having 2 or 3 takeaways about yourself you want to communicate to the interviewer. Questions about the company also shows interest. In the end, while feedback was positive, I was later told they had to go with another person due to the hiring timeline. This is something the interviewee should clarify if you're not available ASAP.
