Thirty minute behavioral interview; basic STAR method questions and resume background check. Included conversations regarding professional and personal interests and alignment with internship program. Conversation with an employee at Booz Allen who will ask questions regarding why you choose to apply to the program, how the program aligns with your interests, and specific questions related to the previous experiences listed on your resume.

Phone screen + interview with some senior employees. No live coding, but asked some technical questions about system design, architecture, and technologies. Also asked some behavioral questions about how you work with a team. Gave an overview of the program and its structure.

Very relaxed interview process. They just asked questions regarding the projects and experiences on my resume. 5mins for intros, 17-18 mins for resume questions, and the rest was chatting about random topics/questions that I had.
