Sehr professionelles Interview mit detailliertem Feedback. Eine Atmosphäre des Drucks wird vermieden - ganz im Gegenteil, es wird dem Kandidaten bewusst gemacht, dass es Interesse an guten Leistungen gibt. Auswahl der Interviewpartner nach Interessen des Kandidaten. Grundsätzlich werden sowohl fachliche Fragen, Fragen zu "Soft-Skills", und Motivation aber auch Cases gestellt.

Great learning experience. Interviewers were candid about the nature of the roles. Great support from HR, with prompt feedback after each round. There are many online resources to help with case interviews.

Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
