I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group
Interview
Well organized and fluid.
Two rounds; Round 1 with Principal & Consultant and Round 2 with Senior partners. Great organization to interview with, however difficult to get an interview.
I am not going to disclose the cases, but the cases were more "tough" than the cases in business school casebooks. Interviews are fairly rigorous and be prepared to be grilled on your:
(a) Business acumen (b) Quant skills (c) Analytical skills (d) FIT & leadership.
Prepare well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Business cases. Cases were heavy on math, graphs and conceptually challenging. Questions were purposely ambiguous. I recently interviewed at Bain as well, and in my opinion, BCG cases were tougher.
I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Ho Chi Minh City)
Interview
Great learning experience. Interviewers were candid about the nature of the roles. Great support from HR, with prompt feedback after each round. There are many online resources to help with case interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your most difficult work experience and how you handled it.
I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
