Online application, then a phone call to schedule back-to-back cases. One case has to be completed through an online bot. Then, 2 cases with 2 interviewers. After this, BCG will contact you and give you an overview of you strengths and weaknesses

Question 1
When did you solve a big problem and how did you go about it?
First round was HR interview which was chill and easy via Zoom. Second one was zoom interview with team manager and it was more focusing on the position and how much i know or am interested in this field.

Great HR screening. The recruiter provided a very clear overview of the role and upcoming rounds. Questions were typical fit questions, making for a professional and encouraging interview experience.
