You email, you get an auto reply asking for details, you email again, you get more automated emails asking you for data you've already supplied, at no point does a human speak to you while you're being asked to jump through hoops and do unpaid assignments to 'see if you're a good for'.

No proper interview process, expect you to learn every single detail about whole company by automated message without actually speaking to anyone. Very heard to get through to an actual staff member to even ask details about the job before you spend hours going through the learning process.
