First round interview (1 hour) with hiring manager of the team. Covered typical first round questions about work background and relevancy to position, background of company, how you can be an asset, etc.Interview ended up taking an additional 30-40 min. At end of interview, they reiterated several times that they would take a week to talk to the team. Got an answer a couple hours from the HR lady that set up the interview that they'd gone another direction. Since they're still expanding and team is small, the email specialist has to be a jack of all trades and have a hand in the creative and technical side of email, from writing copy to analyzing results
