I was humbly interviewed ever so graciously in the illustrious complex of Brainworks Inc. where the supervisors carefully evaluated my knowledge and skill set to determine my qualifications through a series of written tests which ever so precisely measured my competence as a Student Instructor. I answered various math, chemistry, physics, and science problems methodically to the best of my ability. As far as I can recall the tests were not very long at all. In fact it was probably around thirty to forty questions long. I was also asked to shadow and observe the other instructors and their process of mentoring young minds and answer questions regarding their methodologies and techniques.
