Brainztorm Technical Excellence interview questions

There was nothing special about the interview. The interviewer just asked basic information about yourself and nothing more than that. and i was selected but the salary for fresher was very less at 8K. and no allowances. Company is small and very less employees worked there.

I got a call from this company asking me to attend for interview . First of all they didn't tell me which position they have called for. After getting call twice a times, i have gone to the office with my friend, which is near to sector 16 metro station, very convenient for daily travel. Office is good, seating of nearly 25- 30 people but they were only 5-7 employs and no girls. Nice place to work. My interview went well and the management asked me to join immediately. salary offered was very low 13000 Rs and they will hold 10% of the money every month for a year. If i leave in middle they wont pay the due. Still i decided to join because its near to metro. But my decision was changed when i came to know from the ground floor some one told me , the office will pay salary only once in 2 months , so many people already left job there and it is going to be closed soon. My friend also given interview for the same and joined , worked only for one day and left that .Reason is many things on work profile they didn't inform before joining and will cut salary in probation time also for not getting enough business leads.
