Very laid back interview. The guy was friendly and straight-forward. The position is business-to-business sales with promotions based on meeting quotas. Company is growing and is high risk, but high reward. I just wasn't interested in the position once I learned more about it.

The first interview was very informal. The interview was 30 minutes long and was mostly informal conversation with little content. Little information was given about the position, the company, compensation, job expectations, etc. The majority of the questions seemed to focus on personality rather than skills, abilities or work history.
