I recently attended an interview process with this company and had a mixed experience. While the team interaction was decent, there was a significant lack of clarity regarding the role being offered. I had applied/interviewed under the impression that it was for a full-time position with a salary around ₹30,000, but was later informed it was actually an internship offering ₹5,000. This kind of miscommunication should ideally be clarified upfront to avoid confusion and inconvenience for candidates. Additionally, the waiting time during the process was quite long (around a few hours), which felt unstructured and unprofessional. I also came across feedback from others indicating that compensation levels may not align with industry standards, which is something worth considering. Overall, I would suggest the company improve transparency in job descriptions and streamline their interview process to create a better candidate experience.
