I had a two stage interview process with Breakroom. First with an internal recruiter and then with a marketing manager. Both interviews went well and I had a positive experience with the interviewers. However, despite this I never received any follow up or feedback, which was disappointing. It's a shame because a simple update, even if it's a rejection, goes a long way in maintaining professionalism and respect. Failing to communicate after an interview is an easy way for companies to burn bridges with potential candidates. Would advise others to be mindful of their communication practices before applying.
