In the beginning, I had the phone interview with their research team. I gave a 25-minute long research overview and got behavioral questions from them.
After two weeks, I got the on-site interview invitation with Bridgestone in Akron. I flew to Akron a day before my interview, and someone from the research team picked me up and brought me to the dinner. My flight was delayed and I could not catch the next one but their HR team did a good job to change my ticket so that I could get in Akron on time.
During the next day, I gave a 45-minute research seminar in the beginning and the whole team was there along with some other analytical team members, engineers, and interns. Then, there was a "problem solving" time which was to mimic a real group meeting time when they had to solve some technical problems from other business groups.
After that, there were 4 groups of people asking some behavioral questions. Finally, I had a 1-on-1 meeting with the research team manager and then HR.
