Phone screening then in person interview. It was fairly a easy process and very streamlined as far as the processes goes. It was a great process to go through Phone screening interview and then I was asked to meet the hiring manager a couple days later for a more formal interview

Applied online with LinkedIn and was contacted for a phone interview. Next step was an in person with HR representative and Company President. Scheduled a ride-along interview with a Regional Director for 3 hours to get a feel for the job. Was offered the job the next day.
