      I did a phone interview and a face to face interview, they ask you easy questions like what would your former boss say about you as an employee. They also put you through a CNA skills test, drug test and background check on a separate day.

      standard interview questions, it was in a group- we filled out a lot of paperwork while we were being interviewed and had a skills section at the end. during the interview, we had to answer questions about rules and things - we went around the room with information boards and had to answer the questions on a piece of paper

      Great interview process. Phone interview asking why and how I got into the healthcare field. Was asked what my schedule and availability is. Once position was offered I did orientation in person. Very personable team, caring, highly motivating and encouraging.

      They lied about the $2/hr for working in a facility. They do not listen when you tell them you don't want facility work. They act very positively until they hire you and then they could care less.
