Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bristlecone (New York, NY (US)) in February 2019.
Interview
It took over 30 days to complete the process.
1. Telephonic round technical (good)
2. Video call technical (good)
3. F2F with director (bad) this was a managerial round with bunch or wired questions. One of the worst part of the interview.
4. Client Interview (amazing)
5. HR / Salary discussion - they changed their offer so many times. Had to decline at last as I lost faith in the organization.

Interview
Openly Fraudulent/Discriminatory Low End Off Shore Body Shop
Approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn judging my interest in discussing a “Head of Digital Supply Chain Consulting” role. I received a position description and agreed to engage in preliminary discussions. What ensued was 8 hours of Zoom interviews with pro ported SR Managment representatives. These discussions displayed to me that this firm has no concept of how to build or operate a True Professional Services Practice. What I did learn from these discussions is that there is no actual role; instead the “interview process” was used to gain information from true consulting professionals on current client needs/ engagement offerings and an overt attempt to poach existing clients. This firm is still operating under standard operating practices for Indian BPO entities to wit: fraudulent, discriminatory, Caste based practices. During my discussions with Bristolcone I spoke with other industry peers regarding this organization what I learned Is that Bristolcone has approached them with the same fraudulent offering. In conclusion true Supply Chain Consulting Professionals should avoid this disingenuous, fraudulent low end BPO shop.
