I would like to share my experience with this company’s recruitment process, which I found to be very unpleasant and unprofessional. While I understand that my background may not have perfectly matched the job requirements, the way this was communicated to me was inappropriate and discouraging. Instead of providing constructive feedback, I was made to feel belittled about my current job level and experience. At one point, I was even told that I was more suited for “machine dirty work,” which I found disrespectful and unnecessary. A recruitment process should be a two-way conversation conducted with professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like an attempt to demean rather than assess suitability for the role.
