I was invited for an interview at Broadland's office at the NCFC ground. I arrived early, but the interviewers were running late. There were 3 people on the panel - a team leader, a manager and a HR advisor. The latter hosted the interview, with the other two people asking 5 questions each. The panel seem very chilled out, but asked some tough questions that I don't think are appropriate for the level of this role. This role requires only GCSEs, yet the interview was more demanding than those that I have experienced for roles that require a degree.
The interview felt a little uncomfortable; perhaps not the most 'professional' interview that I have experienced.
I was told I would be notified of the outcome the following day, but it took 2 days instead.
