It was quick and very informative.
I met with the president, office manager, and senior underwriter.
They were very welcoming and friendly.
They told me about the job position. They told me about the job duties, customers, insureds, and insurance carriers. They explained that our main goal is to keep our customers happy. The president told me that our main concern is to provide the best customer service we can.

Misleading interview. Ended up with a different job than described. Turned out to be a sales job with a required premium written every month. There was no mention of this in the interview.
