Met with three officers from the board of directors. They asked many scenario questions and were very conscious of the time.
The board of directors was engaging and friendly, yet professional. They asked me a variety of questions to assess my skills and ability to think critically in different scenarios. Each question provided an opportunity for me to showcase how I thought about the situation and established solutions that could work for their organization. The officers were mindful of the time they allotted for our meeting, but still allowed plenty of room for discussion and feedback. Overall, it was a productive and valuable exchange that gave me a better understanding of the company's culture.
