Once you apply online, call the store and ask for an interview with a manager. They’ll meet with you prob on a Wednesday and then you’ll get entered into orientation on the following Wednesday

They’ll ask you about yourself, have you been in customer service before, where do you see yourself in 5 years and what does good customer service look like to you
Easy. It is really good to know what all the core values and mission statement are and you are good. No piercings or tattoos allowed for front of house employees.
