After I followed up with feedback when the interview process was over, the company told me "this process is not for everyone." In late-state interviewing, I was being questioned whether I even had portfolio work in social, and after 2 previous interviews, that should no longer be a question. I had to take most of the interview pointing out the 3 projects that were majority social. The first line in the descriptions are that this is work from social-only agencies, and they are laid out in 1x1 grid tiles which is a typical setup for social - I've not come across other interviewers being confused about that before. Plus my resume states I've worked for 2 social-only agencies. All the information was laid out clearly in front of them, and I explained that and expressed my disappointment, so it is a shame that the final thing I was told was "this process is not for everyone."
