Group workshop with ~30 people which took half a day and included a 1-1 interview. Manager and skip level manager present. Included team building activities etc.
Was scored for each section by hiring specialists present but I would say the 1-1 interview was the most important part
Make sure you contribute lots but don't squash others
Online assessment that was multiple choice and some of it timed but overall quite simples followed by phone interview the next day that lasted up to 20 minutes. Some people then had a group assessment
