Applied for a part time position using a resume that heavily emphasized my volunteer work. The interviewer was polite, and even though I had a nasty cough about halfway through was considerate and allowed me time to recover. Also encouraged me to take time answering the interview questions, but reviewing common interview questions meant that I didn't need the time.
