-You must attend an in-person interview. The staff were nice enough to guide you to the interview session. -They asked irrelevant questions during the interview. Too many questions about personality with cliches, too few comments or feedbacks on technical skills. It seems that they only look for certain qualities, not qualifications in a potential candidate. -The HR manager was a bit unprofessional, still nice though. To sum up, I did not learn so much from the interview.
