Interview
After applying to their website I got a telephone screening from their HR department in Amsterdam. The interview was 40 minutes long and included typical HR tricky questions. An online capacity test followed and after a positive result I got an interview with the branch manager. The interview was more open, with no silly questions but more a 'get to know the person' kind of interview. At the meeting the manager said they would contact me for further application processes. I didn't hear from them over a month when I got an email saying I was not selected.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
