A group interview of 12 people. 8 Hours long. We mostly did personality-focused stuff such as interest maps (draw a map of your interests) and group discussions about things. We played some games as well such as building a tower or a bridge out of paper products and a computer game that required teams to work together to disarm a virtual bomb. It was mostly a 'culture fit' interview where they try to see how you interact with others. There was a five minute tech questions part. I believe they've added a bit more technical questions since then such as writing basic functions (e.g. Print out a list of ints). Disclaimer: This is for general entry level interviews (probably just Interns and HatCHRy) if you a apply for a specific position such as 'Software Engineer II on TMC) you will have an interview with only you and 2-3 devs from that team (in this case, TMC) who will ask you whatever they feel is relevant to the position so hopefully you're familiar with the tech stack they want you to know.
