Applied through website and received a phone call from recruiter a few days later. Asked about previous experience and why I wanted to work there. Didn't seem very concerned with education, more with ability to work with others and enthusiasm. Met with a few managers, all had about a decade of tenure, but it seems like there is a lot of turnover amongst the rank and file.

recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
