I started the process with an online application, which was followed up the next day by a five minute phone screen that led to a recruiter phone interview later in the week. After a few weeks an offer was made for and in person interview at a branch office where I spoke to more senior staff while also having a chance to see normal daily operations.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
