Interview
Before I begin this review, I want to say that I'm a Senior Software Engineer now at a big tech company.
This place is the first place I interviewed at when I first graduated in 2019. In 2019, I lived out of town 3 hours away from Santa Ana. Each time, I drove to the office for the interview.
They told me I had 4 steps to the interview process. I passed it all then got rejected at the 5th step that was randomly added in.

I'm glad I don't work here. And to the engineers who think they're so smart and bragged about their 4.0 gpa when I shared mine, I want to say that you need to work harder. Maybe you'll get to where I am now.
This place is failing to scale because of terrible culture.

Initial screen that went over my background and skills. Take home project that I was to complete within two to three weeks. Presentation for my project was given to the CEO, recruiter and senior developer.
