I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at CBRE (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Oct 2014
Interview
Only technical round is there, after which if u get selected HR will mail you asking few documents and you are through. CBRE is a big company so they get a lot of resumes , so best way to get an interview is employee referral. Thats how you get their attention, plus process might take months or hours, depending upon the urgency of that requirement.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly about the planning of project, preconstruction stage activities, tendering, design coordination. Basically whatever information is provided in CV, they will ask based on that.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE (Denver, CO) in Nov 2024
Interview
it was decently long but relatively easy, they asked the usual questions and then they showed me around the building they also asked about my past experience in the field
Enjoyable interview, not too formal and straight to the point. Mostly talking about the experiences in previous & current company. Seems like an interesting place to work at. The interview goes two ways, I could ask back to the interviewer. Overall a pleasant experience in the interview.
