Interview
Got an Email from the head of their research department wanting to set up a 20 minute phone interview. Scheduled out about a week and then there was a brief phone call of very direct question and responses.
The hiring manager reached out to me via LinkedIn to apply for the role. We had an initial interview that went very well. It became clear though that the salary of the role did not match my experience. There was also an onsite requirement to the role which did not suit my living situation. I therefore withdrew my interest in the position after the interview.

Got the job
Really ended up liking the hiring manager
Didn’t really interview many other people other than them, and the research coordinator there
There are total 3 rounds of interviews -
1) HR screening - just regular screening
2) in person interview - met with the manager
3) 2nd round interview + writing test
