WORST COMPANY - DO NOT COME HERE! I went through 3 stages and then finally offered me the job through a phone call and when I called back to confirm I accepted the next day, they told me they didn't know what I was talking about regarding the job offer and the actual job itself. They decided that they would demote the job to just 'Analyst', not 'Senior Analyst' (as per the job spec and discussions in the several interviews and original job offer). They then changed the salary that was given in the original job offer too. It was just astonishing! It was like I was speaking to someone completely different to the person who called me up with the offer, they made it seem like I made it all up! The director wouldn't even admit that they changed their minds, they just made it seem like they didn't know what I was talking about. If they are going to treat you like this before you even start working there, what will they be like when you do work there? THE WHOLE THING WAS A WASTE OF TIME!
