1. Submitted online application.
2. After a week, got an email for phone interview.
3. A week after, did phone interview.
=>Total it took 2 weeks to do phone interview.

Why this role? Tell me about your background. Do you have any question?
And during the interview, she didnt even show me any reaction that she is listening. She has to at least say, ‘okay,good,understand’ that kind of words, showing she is listening candidates’ answers. It was unpleasant experience I have had.
