Online application- video interview- assessment day. A long process from start to finish but each part of the process was well organised and clearly explained. The assessment day involved a group presentation, individual presentation, individual interview, networking lunch and a short written task.

Question 1
Besides the normal interview questions I found the majority of the interview focused on how real estate is going to change in the next 5-10 years and how CBRE should react to these changes. Lots of questions also focused on client relations and commercial awareness.

Straight forward loads of questions. Nothing too difficult. Be prepared though because if you’re not it looks bad. Also ask questions yourself during the interview they really like that, show an interest in the company and ask about different teams to show interest.

2 interviews, one is hiring manager and HR, second one is with directors and hr and hiring manager, basic interview process, some departments ask you provide a presentations ensure you send them your presentation before hand to avoid IT issues
