Impromptu phone call. The recruiter called and asked if I can speak at the moment. Had a bit of a misconnection from both of our sides, but overall pleasant interview experience. I also asked the recruiter what she enjoyed about working in CBRE, and she mentioned of the lack of micromanagement

Question 1
The recruiter asked about strength and weakness, a little bit about what was written in resume, and expectation for internship allowance (which, I think at this part you can give your reasonings to justify your expectation). Also why I am interested in Human Resources.
